Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance
Responsibilities
project implementation works for mechanical services
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the project implementation works are conducted in safe and efficient manner with minimal impact to daily operations
- Review and comment on contractor’s submissions i.e. method statement, works programme etc.
- Liaise with stakeholders to carry out fault analysis and arrange corresponding rectification works
- Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 10 years’ relevant working experience in maintenance of electrical, mechanical, building services or related engineering works. Degree holder with 6 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
- Solid experience in airport works under a live operating environment is an advantage
- Proactive, service oriented and be able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
