Responsibilities
- Oversee the project execution plan of “Enhancing Inclusive Practices for Early Childhood
- Educators through Professional Development and Built Environment Enhancement” funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust;
- Solicit qualified trainers to conduct professional development and coaching programmes;
- Monitoring project expenditures and managing project resources;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the Salvation Army, Jockey Club and other governing bodies;
- Coordinating schools in enhancing school environment to facilitate multi-sensory learning
- Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the superior(s).

Requirements
- An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army. - Master degree in Education, Social Science, Counselling or other related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in pre-school or school setting;
- Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in project management and budget management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and motivate project teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to proactively address challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
