Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
-Project cost management including cost engineering, vetting of cost estimates and project cost control and reporting;
-Contract administration of design, QS and other related consultancies and construction works contracts to ensure completion with budget and compliance with the contracts; and
-Close liaison with internal stakeholders and external consultants
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
-Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying gained from a recognized professional institution is required
-At least 6 years' relevant experience in the procurement and contract administration of major construction projects
-Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
-Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
-Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
-Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools
