Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidate to client interview to offer stage
- Multiple industries focused
- Business development on clients, ie. deal with HR managers, line managers and even company owners
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide consultancy service to both candidate and client on market trend, future development, salary range and candidate pool
- Identifying, developing and managing business relationships

Requirements
- Degrees in HR, Communications, Global studies, International studies will have an advantage.- Have a global mindset
- 2 years of Sales/Consultancy experience (from insurance or digital marketing or media agency will be an advantage). Fresh graduate will be considered
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a necessary.
- Speaking fluent Mandarin will be a big plus
- Ambitious, motivated, able to cope with stressful situations and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently, optimistic and have high energy level
Salary
HKD 15,000.00 - 45,000.00 Per Month
