Responsibilities
• Provide CS to customer’s enquiry/ complaint/ order.
• Responsible for oversee the daily store operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Analyze sales, stock and operation performance by reports; share insights to the relevant parties
• Managing online shop and finish an online order.
• Maintain close communication and business relationship with different stakeholders via phone calls, emails and instant messaging professionally and promptly to formulate quality service solutions and fast delivery
• Generate ideas about future retail activities for to ensure best in class retail operational strategy
• Perform clerical and administrative support to HK retail shops
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements
• Diploma or above• 2 years of retail Operations or frontline work experience
• Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
We offer: 16k or above, 5 Days work, medical scheme, attendance bonus, 10 days annual leave, Bank Holiday
Working hours: 10AM to 7 PM
