(This position is recruited by CoolJobz)- Participate in the End-to-End Mobile Application Development Project (System Design, Development, Quality Assurance, Rollout & Support), using latest technologies. (e.g. Cloud, APIM, Serverless, Native iOS and Android App, DevOps + CI/CD)
- Work closely with Product Owner and Development Team to deliver public-facing mobile applications with a strong focus on perfecting user experience and performance.
- Be a Scrum Master/Project Manager in a highly dynamic and innovative team in Agile/Scrum approach.
Responsibilities
- Be the Project Manager to lead the entire cycle of the mobile application development project, including but not limit to analysing business requirements, specifying functional requirements, develop project schedule, manage cost and quality of works and prepare project management related deliverables.
- Be the Scrum Master of Agile/Scrum Project Management, coordinate with different product owners/stakeholders/vendors from multi-regions (e.g. China, Europe) to gather and convert new business requirement/workflow to new change requests/user stories (Increments include requirement specification, UML, functional specification, prototype, etc.)
- Participating in project business requirement analysis, system design, system testing, training, support, and maintenance.
- Work with and mobilize Hong Kong and offshore mobile development team for developing, testing and maintaining source code for mobile apps projects (Native iOS and Android Apps); and monitor their progress through project/sprint planning, daily scrum, project tasks/sprint review and status report.
- Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters.
- Responsible for system quality assurance, system internal testing, user guide documentation, software/system configuration and system production release.
- Monitor systems and provide support to clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines or equivalent qualifications.- PMP / PMI-ACP / Agile cert or equivalent qualifications required.
- At least 10 years’ work experience in software development projects, with 5 years of project management experience.
- Proficient in managing Waterfall and Agile Project Teams, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis.
- Hands-on experience on automating mobile commercial application deployment pipelines and using Project Management Tools (e.g. Jira) to record and log user stories and tasks.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and good leadership, can work independently and deal with tight project schedule.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill, with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua.
- SI Experience is highly regarded.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Scrum Master/Project Manager.
Salary
HKD 45,000.00 - 55,000.00 Per Month
