Responsibilities
-You support the airport manager in all tasks and challenges
-Deputizing as “Operational Duty Holder (OHD) of our airline at the airport
-Ensuring our safety and quality policies at the station in relation to our service providers
-Ensuring regulatory requirements and quality standards at Frankfurt Airport
-Manage and supervise and motivate the Groundhandling Agent team
-Development of ideas to make processes and procedures safer and more efficient
-Handle special projects as required
-Ensuring that the crisis management emergency plan is up to date at all times
-Communication with airport management
-Support with station management in the administration area

Requirements
-Ideally professional experience as a check-in agent for an airline or a ground handling agent-At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service at an airline or service provider
-Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends and public holidays
-We require good German and fluent English language skills - ideally language skills in Cantonese or Mandarin
-Very strong organizational talent, very structured and independent way of working
-Service orientation
-Team player who never loses his nerve even under time pressure and always thinks outside the box
-If necessary, travel to other locations in Europe
-Have the right to work in Germany
