Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support the programme and logistics arrangement for HKIA visits/ trainings/ attachments for Mainland China, regional and international airports, business partners and industry stakeholders.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration projects including but not limited to executive meetings, staff exchange programmes and strategic alliance cooperation with selected airports and industry players.
• Provide administrative support to JV airports including but not limited to logistics arrangement for board meetings and administrative support to the Authority's secondees.
• Arrange protocol services for government officials and guests from airports and airlines.
• Support the execution of marketing activities, including travel trade fairs, roadshows and conferences, to promote HKIA's branding, connectivity, and services in the Greater Bay Area and the international arena.
• Assist with the relationship building and management with regional/ international industry associations, committees, governmental bodies and other relevant stakeholders to keep abreast of the aviation industry development and to facilitate the identification of joint collaboration opportunities for airport future development.
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or other related disciplines• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in airport/ airline business and marketing
• Positive working attitude, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and be able to work independently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
