Responsibilities
The successful candidate will enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement terms, handle requests and complaints from tenants and owners, perform day-to-day building management and inspection services, and oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services.
Requirements
- Degree holders with 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma/Higher Certificate with 3 years of relevant experience- Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Knowledge of PC operations
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer
