Responsibilities
- To take the lead in coordination and development on caregiver support service (including the use
- of information and technology) across Service Divisions.
- To prepare proposals for the application of external fundings
- To review the intervention strategy and make recommendation for continuous enhancement
- To propose evaluation mechanisms for impact analysis
- To build up networks with strategic partners
- To organize or conduct training for respective staff
- To propose and conduct evidence-based research and publication
- To provide professional advice on respective service bidding
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements
- An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army - Registered Social Worker with Degree in Social Work or above
- At least 8 years’ relevant working experience with management experience
- Demonstrated leadership in providing vision and strategic plans for social service development in
- Caregiver Support Services / Strong leadership, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills; service-oriented, be pro-active and innovative
- Knowledgeable in social polices and services, government and non-government machineries
- Possess strong project management and strategic planning skills
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, detail-minded, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
