Software Analyst - Application Support

Highlight

- Participate in the End-to-End Mobile Application Development Project (System Design, Development, Quality Assurance, Rollout & Support), using latest technologies. (e.g. Cloud, APIM, Serverless, Native iOS and Android App, DevOps + CI/CD)
- Work closely with Product Owner and Development Team to deliver public-facing mobile applications with a strong focus on perfecting user experience and performance.
- Be a Scrum Master/Project Manager in a highly dynamic and innovative team in Agile/Scrum approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for mission-critical and assigned application systems.
- Investigate and resolve application problems, handling ad-hoc service requests.
- Participate in application upgrades from testing to production rollout.
- Respond to technical problems and follow up on customer issues.
- Provide Helpdesk support by addressing requests from the ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing system and user inquiries, logging, and tracking incidents, and resolving issues.
- Adhere to customer's processes and requirements for application support.
- Prepare regular service reports and system documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, applications, networking, and cloud.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors as required by the client.
Requirements
- Degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant application analysis experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL, Azure, and .Net programming languages preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration.
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese. Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Salary
HKD 45,000.00 - 55,000.00 Per Month
